Your appointments are very important to us here at Blu, it is an appointment reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Therefore all appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance via text, email or phone for your convenience. If you "no show" or give us less than 24 hours notice a 100% of the reserved services will be applied as a cancellation fee. All reservations must be held with a credit card and a hold transaction may be made on your card for a multiple service appointment.
